For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on the k8k8 platform and uses its services.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered user account created by a Player on the k8k8 platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to deposited funds held in a Player's k8k8 wallet that are available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by k8k8 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Balance must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by applicable regulations.
• "Game Providers" refers to certified third-party software developers whose game titles are hosted on the k8k8 platform, including but not limited to PG Soft, JILI, and Pragmatic Play.

Use of the k8k8 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the k8k8 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to PAGCOR.

3.2 Accurate Information. Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including their legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other details requested. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3.3 KYC Verification. k8k8 is required to verify the identity of Players before processing withdrawal requests, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations applicable in the Philippines. Players must submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID) upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.

3.4 Account Security. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. k8k8 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to an Account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security over their credentials. Players must notify k8k8 Support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to their Account.

3.5 Account Suspension and Closure. k8k8 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these Terms, or regulatory requirement to do so. In cases of suspension for investigation, account funds will be held and released upon resolution of the investigation, provided no breach is confirmed.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. k8k8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Available methods may vary and are subject to change at k8k8's discretion with reasonable prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to the Player's Real Money Balance instantaneously. Bank transfer deposits are typically processed within 1–3 business hours, subject to the processing timelines of the issuing bank. k8k8 is not liable for delays attributable to the Player's financial institution.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are processed within 5–30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers are processed within 1–3 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within one confirmed blockchain transaction cycle. k8k8 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests.

4.4 Minimum Amounts. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and are displayed in the Player's account wallet section.

4.5 Own Funds. Players may only deposit funds that belong to them personally. Depositing funds on behalf of third parties, or accepting funds from third parties for the purpose of gaming on k8k8, is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.

4.6 Inactive Account Policy. Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. k8k8 may levy an administrative fee of ₱100 per month on inactive accounts, applicable after notice is sent to the registered contact information. Players may reactivate accounts at any time by logging in and completing identity verification.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by k8k8 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published in the k8k8 Promotions section at the time the promotion is active. In the event of conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Balance is subject to wagering requirements before it may be withdrawn or converted to Real Money Balance. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion terms. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Balance.

5.3 Game Contribution Rates. Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirement completion. Slot games from certified providers typically contribute 100%. 5.5 One Welcome Bonus Per Player. The welcome deposit bonus is available once per Player, verified by identity, household, IP address, and device. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through separate registrations constitute fraud.

6.1 Certified RNG. All games hosted on the k8k8 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by recognised testing laboratories. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages published for each game reflect genuine, tested values.

6.4 Void Games. k8k8 reserves the right to void any game round, sports wager, or bet where there is evidence of manipulation, data feed error, or system compromise. Affected wagers will be refunded to the Player's Real Money Balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k8k8 platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting any third party in doing so.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means, including proceeds of crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any manner not available to standard users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to generate gains in a manner not intended by the platform design. Any gains resulting from exploitation of errors must be returned; failure to report and return such gains constitutes fraud.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction, redistribution, or public display of any platform content; reverse engineering or decompiling any software component; framing or scraping the platform; or use of k8k8 branding for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, k8k8 Casino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss.

10.2 k8k8's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 k8k8 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the platform at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate device security software.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The collection, use, and protection of Player personal data is governed by the k8k8 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, Players consent to the processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable PAGCOR data governance requirements.

k8k8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via the registered mobile number or email address on file, and/or via a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days prior notice before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept amended Terms must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines, with PAGCOR's dispute resolution process available as an alternative mechanism where applicable.
